The Pressly Hydro1620 Hydraulic Heat Press comes with a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty covers non-consumable components only, provided the equipment is used under normal conditions and maintained properly.
Covered Under Warranty:
Control board and internal electronics
Hydraulic pump, motor, and other components of the hydraulic system
Structural mechanical parts (excluding cosmetic damage or abuse)
Platen mounts and base metals
Excluded From Warranty (Consumable Components)
The following items are considered consumables and are not covered under this warranty:
Pressure pads, high-temperature texturizing sheets, laser attachments, platen covers, silicone rubber mats
Fuses, power cords, buttons, and exterior casings
Parts subject to normal wear-and-tear or improper storage
Any components damaged due to misuse or environmental conditions (e.g., dust, heat, moisture)
Support During the Warranty Period
DTF Print Depot will provide remote technical support via email, phone, or video.
When possible, video tutorials or repair instructions will be provided.
Replacement parts for issues covered under warranty will be shipped depending on availability and after evaluation. The customer will not be charged for eligible replacement parts covered under the warranty; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
This warranty does not include on-site service or labor.
Important Delivery Instructions for the Hydro1620 Hydraulic Heat Press
The Hydro1620 Hydraulic Heat Press must arrive securely packaged in a sealed wooden crate, unless otherwise stated or pre-arranged.
If the crate or product is visibly damaged upon delivery:
DO NOT accept the delivery immediately.
Instead, follow these steps carefully:
Ask the delivery driver to document the damage by writing a Damage Report.
Take clear photos of the damaged crate/product and the Damage Report.
Do not sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) without marking the crate or product as "DAMAGED".
Notify us immediately via phone or email.
Complete the Order Support Request Form on our website to officially open a case. This allows us to follow up with the carrier.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If damage is not clearly indicated on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt, we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier. This will result in no compensation or replacement. Your compliance with this process is essential.
Shipping Damage & Insurance Claims
DTF Print Depot is not responsible for damage sustained during shipment. However, all products are shipped with insurance.
If the Customer receives a damaged unit:
The Customer must report the issue immediately (preferably within 24 hours).
DTF Print Depot will assist in submitting an insurance claim with the shipping provider.
Claims and resolutions may take up to 50–60 business days depending on carrier response.
Clear photos, videos, and a damage description may be required for claim submission.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:
Improper setup or use outside of intended purpose
Unauthorized modifications or attempted repairs
Use in unsuitable environments (e.g., excessive heat, humidity, or dust)
Use of incorrect fluids, voltage, or replacement parts
Accidents, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines
Final Sale Terms
This product is sold as a final sale item. No returns or refunds are accepted except for qualifying issues covered under this warranty. By purchasing and using this product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the warranty terms stated in this section.
