To complete your tax exemption request, you must have an active customer account with DTF Print Depot.
If you do not yet have an account, please create one before submitting your request.
Tax-exempt status can only be applied to registered customer accounts.
How to Apply for Tax Exemption

Incomplete, unsigned, or incorrect forms may result in delays or rejection.
Step 2: Submit Your Documents
Upload your completed certificate along with any required supporting documentation using the submission form provided.
Make sure that:
- Your account information matches your submitted documents
- Your business details are consistent across all forms
All tax exemption requests are reviewed manually and are subject to approval.
Approved exemptions apply to future purchases only.
