Return & Refund Policy

At DTF Print Depot, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the custom nature of our products, we handle returns and refunds with care and clarity to ensure fairness for both parties.


Custom Orders (DTF Transfers, UV DTF, Custom Prints, etc.)

All custom orders are final sale and non-returnable, except in cases where:

  • We made an error in your order

  • The product is defective or damaged

If an issue occurs due to our mistake, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to return the item, but you must provide clear proof of the error (e.g., photo or video evidence).
Once verified, we will offer the choice of either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A same-day reprint of your order (subject to availability)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.


Ready-to-Sell Products (e.g., Blank Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

We accept returns for non-custom, ready-to-sell products only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • If there is no damage or mistake: the item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply for approved returns in this category.

You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

Refund Process

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dtfprintdepot@gmail.com.

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • There was a printing error (e.g., wrong design, color, or size not matching the approved file).

  • The wrong product was sent.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom DTF prints or transfers based on customer-submitted artwork.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper application.

  • Orders submitted with incorrect files or specifications.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Important Notes

  • Please ensure all returns are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
