Description
UV DTF Gang Sheets: Efficient Multi-Design Transfer Printing Solution
UV DTF Gang Sheets are an innovative way to combine multiple designs on a single transfer sheet, saving both time and materials during printing and application. Designed specifically for UV Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology, these gang sheets offer exceptional durability, sharp detail, and vibrant color reproduction, especially on hard surfaces such as glass, metal, wood, ceramics, and plastic.
Whether you operate a small custom print shop or a large-scale production facility, these sheets provide the flexibility and precision needed to deliver consistent, high-quality results efficiently.
What Are Gang Sheets and Why Are They Useful?
A gang sheet refers to a transfer sheet containing multiple different graphics arranged together for simultaneous printing and application. This approach reduces waste by minimizing the amount of unused film and streamlines the workflow by combining many smaller designs into one print run.
Key benefits include:
-
Reduced material consumption
-
Increased production speed
-
Lower cost per transfer
-
Simplified inventory management
Especially for personalized products, gang sheets allow print shops to fulfill multiple small orders at once without creating separate transfers for each design, thus improving profitability.
Advantages of UV DTF Technology
UV DTF printing uses ultraviolet-cured inks applied directly onto coated films, resulting in transfers that are highly durable and resistant to fading, cracking, and peeling. Unlike traditional DTF that mostly suits textiles, UV DTF excels on rigid and non-porous surfaces.
With UV DTF gang sheets, you benefit from:
-
Crisp, vivid colors with excellent detail
-
Immediate curing with UV light, speeding up production
-
Strong adhesion on a wide range of materials
-
No need for lamination or additional protective layers
This technology is perfect for customizing products like phone cases, mugs, metal tags, and other promotional items requiring long-lasting, sharp prints.
Easy Application Process
Applying simple and requires minimal equipment. No heat press or complicated machines are necessary, making the process accessible for beginners and professionals alike.
The typical application steps include:
-
Select and separate the desired design from the gang sheet.
-
Peel off the transparent carrier film.
-
Place the design onto the clean, dry surface.
-
Press firmly to ensure proper adhesion.
-
Slowly remove the transfer liner, leaving the print on the object.
Thanks to UV-cured inks and specialized adhesives, the transferred images maintain their quality and durability without additional curing or finishing steps.
Versatile Applications Across Industries
UV DTF gang sheets serve a wide range of industries and product types. They are especially useful in markets where customization and durability are key.
Common applications include:
-
Custom phone and tablet cases
-
Personalized mugs, cups, and glassware

Wooden souvenirs and decorative items
-
Leather goods and accessories
-
Metal promotional products and nameplates
-
E-commerce businesses offering unique personalized items
